"I scheduled some sessions with Julie at Epoch Physical Therapy during the last several months.  Had been experiencing knee and hip pain due to osteo-arthritis, plus a shoulder injury from a tumble over a small piece of furniture at home.  After a very thorough assessment of my situation,  Julie developed a schedule of exercises to do on my own, in addition to therapy with her in her office, gradually adding weight training.  She created a well-designed workout that has improved my health in general,  with emphasis on core muscles, and education about pelvic floor health.  Have learned so much, and have had very positive results!

Julie is caring, attentive, gentle, intuitive, knowledgeable, and dedicated to improving women’s health and well-being! “   Leslie H.

"Julie is easy to work with and very attentive to the individualized treatment I need for my injury. My visits are educational in that she explains why we are doing the stretches we are doing and is able to teach me both effectively and efficiently. Because of the nature of my injury and to manage my pain, Julie has been able to creatively modify certain exercises for the best health of my body. I would absolutely recommend Epoch Physical Therapy and Fitness to other women needing physical therapy services."  Anne G.
